A moss rose

This is a rose I found in our overgrown farmhouse garden in the Auvergne nearly twenty years ago and brought home to plant: an old moss rose of great beauty with a lovely scent. Graham Thomas loved it but hesitated to name it. It suckers gently and is flowering now. Please can someone name it for me?
